The layout of the hotel is confusing due to multiple non-interconnected towers, causing navigation issues for newcomers. Also, the kitchen equipment in the room lacked essential items like dish soap and a cutting board, which made cooking a hassle. I've encountered issues with microwaves not functioning properly, and the gym equipment is showing wear and tear. Room fixtures, like safe deposit boxes, don't seem to withstand the test of time, which can be frustrating.

The room was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped for relaxation. I was grateful for the attentive staff who assisted me with an umbrella during heavy rain on my arrival. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I enjoyed breakfast a lot, especially the friendly demeanor of the breakfast staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because of the spacious junior suite and the delicious breakfast every morning that helped me kickstart my day of exploring. the proximity to the beautiful Parque Metropolitano, only a bit more than 2 km away, made for some lovely afternoon strolls and scenic views while discovering local cafes and several vibrant art pieces scattered even closer by.

The Three-Bedroom Suite was super spacious and the beds were really comfy. Having AC in each bedroom was a lifesaver! The kitchen had the basics but could've used a toaster or blender. The decor was interesting, but yeah, some parts of the suite felt a bit outdated. The location was quiet which was nice for sleeping, and I loved that the breakfast included was really tasty. Just wish the kitchen was better stocked for cooking. Overall, a good experience!
